If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with realizing there was hope to get rid of the problems I had. I found out that it was not a very difficult thing to do (like many other studies).
